Shipping Policy

At GIV CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD., we aim to deliver your architectural and engineering products promptly and safely, ensuring a seamless experience for all our customers across Malaysia.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently only deliver within Peninsular Malaysia.
For Sabah, Sarawak, or international deliveries, please contact us to discuss feasibility and custom arrangements, subject to approval and additional charges.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges will be calculated based on:
    • The weight and dimensions of your order.
    • Delivery location.
    • Type of products (e.g., acoustic panels, flooring, windows).
  • Shipping fees will be clearly indicated at checkout or in your official quotation/invoice prior to payment.

Note: For bulk orders, construction site deliveries, or projects requiring specialized transport, additional logistics charges may apply, and we will inform you before dispatch.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 3–7 working days after payment confirmation, depending on stock availability and order size.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Klang Valley: 3–5 working days
    • Other Peninsular Malaysia areas: 5–10 working days
  • Custom or bulk orders may require longer preparation times, and we will communicate delivery timelines accordingly.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with delivery details once your order is dispatched.
  • For large orders, our team may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure the site is ready to receive and inspect the goods.

5. Delivery Methods

We use trusted logistic partners and in-house delivery teams to ensure your products arrive in good condition. Depending on the size and nature of your products:

  • Smaller items may be shipped via courier services.
  • Large, heavy, or fragile products (e.g., windows, flooring) will be delivered using specialized trucks for safe handling.

6. Receiving Your Order

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the goods upon delivery.
  • For construction sites or bulk deliveries, a representative must be present to sign off on the delivery note.
  • Please inspect the products for any damage or missing items during delivery. If there are any issues, note them on the delivery order and inform us immediately.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address:

  • We will attempt redelivery at a later time, subject to additional delivery charges.
  • Alternatively, you may contact us to reschedule the delivery.

8. Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • Delivery may be delayed in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, transport disruptions, or supplier delays. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
