Return Policy

At GIV CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we are here to assist you throughout the process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged upon delivery.
  • The item received is incorrect or does not match the order placed.
  • The item is defective or has manufacturing faults not caused by misuse.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the item has been used, cut, installed, or altered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-cut materials or made-to-order items (e.g., custom-sized windows, customized acoustic panels).
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or used.
  • Items returned without original packaging or in a non-resalable condition.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process

Email us at ace.givconstruction@gmail.com or WhatsApp +6011 1868 6262 within 3 days of receiving your order with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

2️⃣ Review & Approval
Our team will review your request and inform you if the return is approved, along with instructions on how and where to send the item.

3️⃣ Return Shipping

  • For approved returns due to damage or incorrect items, we will arrange for collection or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to defects, the customer may need to deliver the item to our warehouse unless otherwise agreed.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
  • For damaged or defective items, we may offer an exchange or store credit if you prefer.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

5. Exchanges

In some cases, we may offer one-to-one exchanges for the same item if available, or a suitable replacement product if you agree.

6. Damaged Items on Delivery

Please inspect your order upon delivery:

  • If the packaging appears damaged, note it with the delivery personnel before signing.
  • If you discover damage after unpacking, document it with photos and notify us within 24 hours.
